To Sandy's family, and to Greg, Heather,& Ryan; I cannot find a word in our language the completely describes Sandy, because she was so many things to so many people. She raised two fantastic kids. She & Greg were together for as long as I can remember. Heather, thank you so much for sending me that poem you found & posted on fb about a mother & her daughter. It was beautiful. In Heaven there is a beautiful blonde angel, with sparkling eyes, watching over her family. I loved that girl, she was the best.

Auntie Sandy has been a constant in my life since I could remember. You just don't realize how much is actually going to be taken away until it's gone, not a day in my life has gone by without hearing about something that Auntie Sandy had said or had made for dinner. For someone who was so sick this last decade it's incredible that she always had the energy to go grocery shopping, cook, and bake. It just shows what incredible strength she had. I will miss her forever.

So sorry for your loss. I was deeply saddened when I heard the news.

When I was not doing well in my job at St Francis High School as Heather's teacher. Sandra wrote me a long supportive caring letter. Her words erased much of the pain and down on myself feelings I was having. Something she did not have to do. I will always be grateful and kept the letter close to my heart. God is getting a fantastic Angel, and the earth still has the wonderful memories and lessons she taught us by being Sandra.

Mom, I was very blessed to have you in my life, and have you as my mom. You are my hero, who taught me the meaning of faith in God, family and love. Without all of those, you don't have anything. You were the best grandma to Courtney, Derek, and Mc Kenzie. Spoiled them beyond belief, and they loved you dearly too. You may be gone now, but you are never forgotten. As the absence of you lingers in our hearts, we will rely
on God, as you would have wanted to, to give us strength. Rest in peace mom. Our love for you will never end.
