Sandra L. Pindel

It is with great sadness that the family of Sandy (Keckeisen) Pindel, of Westwood, announces her passing after a brief illness, on Sunday, June 24, 2018, at the age of 78. Sandy was born and raised in Milwaukee WI and moved to Westwood in 1970. Sandy is survived by her sons, Kurt his wife Lora of Coeur d' Alene ID, Cory of Norwood, Brad and his wife Beth of Westwood. Sandy will also be lovely remembered by her grandchildren, Alex, Cole, Ty, Sophia, Deacon, great granddaughter Iris, sister Gail Bennett of Florida, brothers Terrance and Jeffery Keckeisen of Milwaukee and many nieces, nephews and friends. Sandy was Commissioner of the Westwood Girls Softball Association for 4 years and a team coach. She was an avid bridge player, obtained lifetime status with the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL). She was a volunteer for the Meals on Wheels program in Westwood, and a beloved Traffic Supervisor at Pine lane and the Deerfield path. Sandy loved the children of Westwood and enjoyed seeing them every day. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 10:30 am at St. Margaret Mary's Church, 845 High St. Westwood.
