Sandra "Sandy" Gross Parker Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Oct. 26, 2023.
Sandra "Sandy" Gross Parker (née Laslie), born September 16th, 1950 in Wilmington Delaware, was granted her angel wings on October 24th, 2023. Her final days were spent surrounded by her loving family.

From her early life living all over the world, to raising her boys in Pennsylvania, to the life she loved so much in Florida, to her short, but beautiful marriage to George in California, Sandy brought sunshine, love, and laughter to everyone who's life she touched.

Sandy is survived by her loving husband, George, her two boys, Brian and Rob, son-in-law, Greggory, daughter-in-law Erica, her brothers, Charlie "Buddy" and Billy, sisters-in-law Ellie and Maryanne, her granddaughters, Danielle and Brielle, stepdaughter Aubin, stepson Grant, grandson Ryker, and numerous others including nieces, nephews, and dear friends up and down the east coast.

A celebration of life will be held early next year in Sarasota, Florida.

So sorry for your loss George. I met Sandy last year while staying in my camper across from her trailer. We became fast friends and spent time together going to the market, beaches and out for dinner. We talked a lot about God and our connection to the Lord. I cherished our new friendship and we chatted on a regular basis after I left. I loved seeing how happy she was to marry George. Her excitement in looking for her wedding gown. I was lucky to see her a few days before the wedding. The night she passed I was awoken with my heart pounding and unable to sleep. George's message of her passing came the next morning. I feel Sandy woke me in my sleep to say she was leaving this world for heaven. I know you are still with me, I can feel it. Love always Shannon
