I enjoyed Sandy´s company as her dinner partner on the Via train going across from Toronto to western Canada. She was a wonderful dinner companion, cheerful and personable. Sorry to hear of her passing.

Dear Marlene, Mary, Michelle and Lori,

A bright light has gone from earth, but I imagine your Aunt Sandy singing, dancing and having fun with Mimi and your mom in heaven. My deepest sympathy.

Love,
Allison

A fellow Sagittarian, who always remembered, though we saw each other infrequently. Sandy was a force of nature, a beautiful soul and a truly wild woman - in the best sense.

Sandy was my friend since around 1974. I was always impressed by how multi-talented and unique she was. She was a sweetheart. Always interested in other people. Sensitive and kind. Quirky and fun. She was a great inspiration to me and a close confidant. I will miss her beyond words. Julie Gile
