I am so saddened to find this..I knew Sandy only for a short time but long enough to understand how much he will be missed by many who knew him. Being his dental hygienist I met him recently and always looked forward to him coming in our office. We always had at least one good laugh each time he came in :) I feel honored to have met him..his family and friends will be in my thoughts in the days to come

Dear family, Sandy was one of he sweetest gentlemen I ever met and I truly enjoyed talking to him when I worked at Emory and Henry. He was a friend to all and I never heard an ill word spoken of him by anyone. I know he will be missed by so many people,
