Sanford David "Sandy" Lyons

I am shocked to find that Sandy passed three years ago. I worked for him at Times Fiber Communications and had the utmost respect and awe for him. He was always positive and never backed down from a challenge. RIP Sandy, truly one of the great ones.

It was a chock to learn that Sandy passed away. He was an extraordinary man, leader, teacher, motivator, inspirator. I worked with Sandy for many years in Amsterdam and still take with me some lessons I learned from him. A true lost for the business world but especially for Catherine and sons. Sandy lived with gusto, with true purpose and vision. And yet while reviewing all the many accomplishments, what I am struck by is the true happiness he felt in his marriage to Catherine, and their love of Connor, Greyson and Benjamin. Sandy was a great friend to me, I am so sincerely grateful for his smile and great counsel in my own life. Rest in Peace.

I am so sorry to hear about Sandy Lyons' passing. My condolences go out to his family.

I always have known Sandy as a true born leader. I worked with and for Sandy both at Siecor and Draka. His natural born leadership resulted in great success at every endeavor he undertook.
Both Vickie and I are very grateful for our time with Sandy and cherish fond memories always.
Knowing Sandy, he has already formed The Cloud Group, leading angels to be more productive!

I was so sad to hear about Mr. Lyons. I would see him at my place of employment and he would always give me a smile and say hello despite how he might have been feeling. I will definitely miss seeing him. Praying for his wife, sons and the rest of his family. Rest In Peace Mr. Lyons...

Our hearts are breaking as I write this, but here goes...I will miss my brother and lifelong friend. I will miss the guy whose influence changed my life forever. I will miss his bizarre humor that always seem to hit the mark. I will miss the guy would would go anywhere, anytime, at any inconvenience to help a friend. I will miss my lifelong dear friend, who shaped and shared so many of my best memories; my best man, the guy who wrote my college graduation tribute, and the guy who walked the difficult path to serve his country and be a brother-in-arms.
