SARA DAVIES Obituary
Age 89, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on Wednesday, December 23, 2015. Born on May 27, 1926, in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Emilie and Kenneth Updegraff. Beloved wife to the late Howard Davies; loving mother of Scott Davies of Boulder, CO, Laurie Smith of Tampa, FL, Lynn Browning of Baltimore, MD, Keith Davies of Port Richey, FL; cherished grandmother of Sara, Christopher, Ian, Evan, Kelsey and Kyleigh Smith, Ryan and Cameron Browing, Tyler and Mallory Davies; dear sister of Marian Sunnegren. At the family's request, all services are private. Arrangements have been entrusted to CREMATION AND FUNERAL CARE, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, (724) 260-5546.

I will always remember Mrs. Davies as my girl scout leader. She was the quiet nice leader. I am so sorry for the loss of your mother, especially at this time of year. You are blessed to have had her so long. Laurie, I am really going to miss seeing you at the gym. After all these years we talked as if we just saw each other yesterday. Again, I am so sorry for your loss.
