To Sara´s Family and Loved Ones,

It was a pleasure taking care of Sara at Hopkins this year. She was our favorite patient and we will miss her so much. We admire her strength and perseverance through her battle with cancer. She went through so much, but anytime we entered her room, we knew we would be greeted by her beautiful smile. This world was a better, more joyful place with her in it. We will miss her forever. Thinking of all of you :)

Crystal, Harvey, and Zach I am so so sorry to hear about Sara. What a tragic loss! You are in my thoughts. I have such vivid memories of Sara and Lauren running between our houses or trying to play in the creek behind your house. My heart is with you!

It was an honor to work with you all throughout Sara´s battle. You all are exceptional people and Sara was so lucky to have you all by her side till the very end. I cannot even imagine what you all are going through. My heart hurts for you.
Sara was my favorite patient and I will remember her forever. I wish I could have given her one last hug. She has left a lasting impression on me. The vomiting and pain she went through was horrible, yet she greeted everyone with a smile and was kind to everyone that entered her room. What a beautiful person.

Sara,
It was an honor and a pleasure caring for you at John´s Hopkins. I don´t know how you did it, but you immediately grabbed my heart & soul. I just hope that you knew I was there, that I visited, that I cared. You were important to me. I wish I had met you sooner. I hope Gary was able to read you the card I dropped off. I hope that Remi cuddles the stuffed bunny I left for you. I thought of you and prayed for you every single day after I initially met you. I´m going to try to make the trip for your celebration of life. I will never forget you... please don´t forget me. Please know that you were absolutely precious, deeply loved and priceless to me. When it´s my time, I know I´ll see you again. Until that day, sending you all of my love. Farewell sweetheart.

I am heartbroken with the tragic loss of beautiful Sarah so young in life. I know Crystal, Harvey, Peggy, Greg and all are devastated but praying God can grant everyone peace as only He can. Sending much love and sympathy.

This is such sad news to hear. Sara was such a wonderful, beautiful person, inside and out. Everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her, loved her. We will all miss her forever. She was a dedicated mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend. Our hearts are broken. She was an angel on Earth and is now an angel in Heaven.

Sweet Sara! Even though life and growing up had naturally grown us apart, I loved seeing her thrive in family life and was so impressed with her baking skills. She amazed me with that every time she posted! And how much she adored Remi! I´m so so sorry to her family! I know this is the part of life that just doesn´t make sense. I pray for peace and sweet memories during this time.
