Sarah Frederick Obituary
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard, her parents and her sister, Marianna.
Jean worked in advertising for Norman A. McKee, Co for many years and was a woman ahead of her time. She initiated several businesses and was successful in any venture or endeavor she became a part of. She and Leonard owned and operated the Frederick Country Auction in Savannah, Ohio for over 20 years. Leonard was the auctioneer, but Jean was the driving force behind him. She made sure her daughters and family played a part in the business they so exceeded in. Jean and Leonard retired from the business and moved to The Villages in Florida to enjoy many years before finally moving to Sevierville, TN to be closer to family.
A graveside service will be held at 10AM Wednesday February 8th at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Arrangements by Atchley Funeral Home. Online condolences can be made at www.atchleyfuneralhome.com.
