Sarah Godard

I am deeply sorry for the passing of one of the great ladies of our time. My first inclination to placing her on a pedestal was when the Ukulele Strummers of Camarillo was playing Five Foot Two Eyes of Blue in a leisurely tempo when Sara called out "let's speed this up" and proceeded to play and sing at that higher tempo. She was then 100 I think. Don't remember the exact date. But I remember her always being gracious and smiling and lifting the room with her presence.
