Dear Don and Noama;

I cared for your mother for a long time while she was at the nursing home and up until just shortly before her death. I can definitely say that, although she could be ornery at times, she was a pure delight to have as a patient and friend; she will remain embedded in my heart and memory forever.
I have been by the home a couple of times to visit some of the residents since my departure and both times she was hard asleep, and we know how hard she could be to arouse when she was sleeping, but the is what made her Sarah, who was such a unique person.
I was extremely saddened to learn that she has passed and I will miss her and miss knowing that I will not get the opportunity to have another laugh with her; she was special to me! My sincere and deepest sympathies are with you and your family at this sad time.
