Sarah Bankson Newton

I just learned of Sarah´s passing and am heartbroken. Sarah was an extraordinary woman - smart and warm. She will be sorely missed in all the communities she was a part of. My sincerest condolences to Jeff and her family.

Even though I didn't know Sarah for very long, I too will miss her. I first met her at my husband's Dan and my wedding rehearsal dinner. I thought she was a beautiful lady. She seemed so kind and caring too. I just wished I would have had more time to get to know her. My thoughts and prayers are with all the family.

I will miss my cousin Sarah. I fondly remember many of the times we had together, but my favorite as a child was when we were all together for Christmas over the years. She would always sit next to me at the dinner table and would start off by her asking her shy young cousin "Do you come here often?". It always made me laugh and eased my anxiety. As of recent Christmas times, my holidays were not complete until I got her family Christmas card and saw all her kids growing up, as well as Jeff and extended family. Her passing was much too soon. My thoughts and prayers go to her the family as well as my Cousin John and his family and my Uncle John.

Sorry for your loss. We have fond memories of Sarah and she will be missed by all. We are thinking of you all during these difficult times.

We send our sympathy to Jeff and the entire family. Sarah was a treasure. She certainly got things done, but my goodness, she did it with grace and charm. She was unfailingly attentive. You all are in our thoughts.

Rick and I were saddened to learn of Sarah´s passing. She was kind and such a fine trustee for St. Paul´s School. Our prayers go out to her family and close friends.

Dear Jeff and entire Newton family, Ed and I are devastated for your loss and offer our heartfelt support and love. Sarah was a bright light in all of our lives-such a steady source of joy, generosity, and positivity. Knowing her made me a better person. We promise to carry that forward. XOX
