Augusta, I am so sorry for your great, deep loss. Reading this sad news takes me right back to childhood, where Scott and all his family were an essential part of the fabric of Anniston, in the very best, joyful ways. May all of you feel God´s warm, strong, comforting embrace each hour of each day to come.

Scott, maybe you can hear me
saying, I cherish our recent conversations, when you called out of the blue, after so
many years. I miss you, Scott.

So sorry to hear about this. What a shock. I love to banter with Scott. It was always a lot of fun and a super nice guy my heart and prayers go out to family.

Scott was a long time compatriot of ours in the Cheaha Chapter of the Alabama Society of the Sons of the American Revolution. He always looked forward to the many historical and patriotic presentations at the local library and his passing comes as a shock. He will be missed by all of us and the family will be in our prayers
