I had the joy of meeting Scott when he came to Oklahoma for an open house my company was having. I also talked to him several times a week. He was always so nice and will be missed. I am so very sorry for your loss and the world will be a sadder place because of it. God Bless you Scott. My thoughts and prayers to the Curry Family.

I had the privelage of working with Scott every day for the last 8 years of my life. Although he was very private, he was also very caring and kind. I'll never forget some of the times we had here together, and some of the things he used to say that could make the sternest of people laugh. He was always just one of the boys, even in the most serious of times. My family and I will miss him greatly, and are looking forward to seeing him again in Heaven. God bless him and the whole Curry Family.

To the Curry family and to my niece Greta,
I did not know Scott except by word of mouth. After reading all the things written about him, I wish I had known him. He must have been a truly good person and I am sure he will be greatly missed. Everyone in Texas has my deepest sympathy, especially you, Greta, and your children. You can rest assured that Scott has a place in Heaven.

Just glad to have known him and to know that now he is in Heaven and probally wanting to start a ball team up there if they will let him. Scott was a wonderful man. I have fond memories of him from many years ago. I was not aware of his illness, and was at a loss for words when I found out. He made an impact on those he came in contact with throughout his life. My Prayers are with you.

To the entire Curry and Bain family. We shared our lives with Scott for ten years. He was always honest and faithful. We miss him and his familiar greetings so very much. The last day at work he told us he loved us and those words mean so much to all of us now. Rest in peace good friend, we love you too.

I had not seen Scott since high school but I had very fond memories of him from then. He was a wonderful friend to me and was the sweetest guy I knew. I hate that I lost touch with him and was not aware of his illness. May his family take comfort in knowing that he is in a better place and that he had many people that thought so much of him.

Meme,Craig,Mike & Pam,Jeannie & Mike, Jamie & Angie...what a shock when Johnny and I got the call about Scott. Even though we have been gone from Lufkin many years,we still think of our church family and friends that God had blessed us with over the years while we was still living there. The Curry families was one of those special families we have always remembered. Even though we have moved away, we have such fond memories of all the Curry and Miles families. Scott was such a person that always had a good word to say and was always there when you needed him.He will truly be missed by all. Some of the best memories was seeing him play basesball while on the team at CDBC...Johnny always said that those Curry boys won the game...Meme, you have raised some fine children and we know you will miss Scott, but may your memories bring you comfort and know that our prayers are with you now and always. We love you.

To the entire Curry family, Scott was a great guy. I had the pleasure of knowing this family way way back in early baseball years and then much more recently in working with Scott and Jeanie and Mike in the amateur radio field. Scott was always ready to give help to anyone who asked. He will be missed. May God be with you at this time and help you realize that Scott is now in a much better place.

My darling Scott....How is it that I was so lucky to have found you? I am so proud to have shared your life for 17 years. You are the only person I've known who never had an enemy. You gave to others even when you didn't have it to give. People mattered to you. You were fiercely loyal to your family, friends and co-workers. You loved the Lord with all of your soul and never questioned your faith. You volunteered countless hours for causes near to your heart. Oh, how the kids and I will miss you. You were our hero. You helped to raise over 35 foster children and treated each as your own. You gave so much of yourself to others, never wanting anything in return. You have touched so many lives that your legacy will live on forever. You were the most amazing father, husband, and best friend. If more people today were like you, the world would be a much nicer place in which to live. You were my knight in shining armor and I'm honored to have been your wife. Thanks for the journey. We will see you again one day. Until then....
We love you deeply...
