Scott David Horne

On Sunday, October 11, 2020, Scott David Horne, loving husband, passed away at age 50. Scott was born on June 19, 1970, in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania to Mary Ann and Paul Horne. He grew up in Sugar Land, Texas, graduated from Clements High School and attended University of North Texas. He started his career with Brice Barclay in Stafford, Texas, which began a 30 year career in industrial sales. Scott was known for his quick wit and great sense of humor. On January 25, 2016 he married his love, Meg Griffin. They moved from Houston and settled in Tampa Bay where Scott was an avid annual spectator at MLB Spring Training. Scott had a passion for baseball and loved cheering on the Pittsburgh Pirates. In addition to his love of baseball, he also enjoyed traveling and made sure to spend part of each year in Negril, Jamaica.

He is preceeded in death by his beloved dogs Hachi and Clancy. He is survived by his wife Meg, his parents Mary Ann and Paul, his brother Douglas and wife Ingrid and several nieces and nephews.
