16 years......and it stills feels like yesterday. The kids are all grown up and you would be so proud of them! We miss you every day! Thinking of all the memories we would have shared and the laughs we would have had! We will hit the pumpkin patch this year and have a beer in your honor! Love you brother!

October, what a month...Another year, not any easier, oh how I miss being able to speak to you, share with you, laugh with you, hunt with you, living life to its fullest with you! The one person I could speak to about anything, still not fair! Never will be...U are in our mind, heart, and spirit, every day....Can't wait for the day I am with you again! Until then....shine down on us!

Your smile is forever etched in my memory. It is so hard for me to know your children will only you from the wonderful and exciting stories we share with them as they grow up. I have to admit Bro, I have not been able to do such a good job in doing so, too hard to set aside my own personal grief and focus on sharing the enriched memories of how you lived your life to help benefit them to know who you were and the agape love you had for them. Though it has been a while since I have shared my notes on here, I know God is letting you hear what I say to you every night! Some day, I will be with you again!

Still at a loss of words on how much you are missed in our lives and family! The boys are always asking me to tell them our hunting stories, about your skateboarding days, and any other of our escapades in life. It has not gotten any easier even knowin gyou are in a better place. I will always miss your presence and wil cherish every moment we had together. Merry Xmas Bro!

I have been thinking of you still and always will but certain times it is still with tears. We are getting to the year mark and I really am having trouble with that.
I heard from Steve "O" and it was so good to talk to him again. He called to tell me he named his son in memory of you - Emery Scott. You have two little boys now growing up with your name as their middle name. You were loved by many and missed.

Today as we Celebrate Easter Sunday with Family. I would like to think we are all here to learn lessons until our heart is pure and full of love. I would like to think that Scott learned his lessons young and always had pure love in his heart and thats why he is no longer with us today.Some of our stays are longer then others. Tomorrow is the fifth month from the day that has changed my Life more than I would have ever imagined. He was the one person in my life I could call at anytime to talk to about anything in life...he was my goto person, believe it or not, he was my ROCK! I looked up to him and had more respect for his accomoplishments in life than most all others in my life. I did not just lose my only brother, my only true friend, but lost a large part of my heart and soul, leaving a large void and emptiness in my life!

3 months today....man, how time flies by! That Sunday morning in October we received the worst news we could ever imagine. I still cannot believe it is true! I took Scottie for granted, always thinking he would overcome everything! We all miss him so much! We made it through Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years....not without tears, but we made it. With the support, prayers and strength of family and friends. I thank you all. God Bless you all and remember to reach out to your family and friends, because you never know when they will be called home.

There is not a day that goes by that I don't think of Scott. He was always looking out for me. Of course we had our ups and downs of being brother and sister but overall we loved each other and I miss him so much its crazy!

Scott was a great friend and I wish that I would have been able to keep in contact with him through the last few years. My greatest memory of Scott was 12 years ago at my wedding when him and Buzz gave my wife and I rides on their bikes through Isanti honking their horns. I have pictures of this. When we got back to the reception, Scott stood up and gave us a toast in front of everyone. I have many good memories of Scott and know he will be greatly missed by all!

30 days gone…pain remains…hurt remains…anger remains…sadness remains…as time goes by, it will not and does not get any easier, one needs to learn how to manage coping with the loss, until, time for you alone, expires…only then… will time prevail on making it easier

Just 2 years ago today Scott & family were here in Colorado for our wedding. As we celebrate our anniversary it is a little somber knowing that Scott is no longer here with us. It seems like yesterday that we were celebrating with him. We miss him dearly!

I moved here 11 years ago w/three children and Nikki and the whole family made us part of their famly, Scott always made sure to play with the kids. He was a wonderful person and will be missed dearly, Lynn, Nikki, Kari, Dana, you are all in my prayers.

Although I hadn't seen or talked to Scott in nearly 20 years, I was deeply sadend to learn of his passing. I guess that kind of says alot about a person. My greatest sympathy goes out too Scott's family and friends. May the grass be greener, and may the wine be sweeter on the other side. RIP bro.

I am Scott’s cousin, but I would like to think that he and I considered each other brothers. This kid had so many life experiences that he shared with everyone; making him unique, and special. We can all think of memories that make us laugh and memories that make us cry. Scott had the biggest heart and was such a teddy bear; his hugs were so real and genuine that it touched your soul. Scott wore his heart on his sleeve and would do anything for anyone; he just wanted to be loved, well and have a good time. He was best man at my wedding, and a brother to me in my life. We all Love You Scott!

I want to express my deep sympathy to Scott's Mom, sisters and brothers. Scotty was so much fun to be with, I will miss him always. I will always cherish the Snowman Boy that him and Katie gave me for Christmas. Katie told me when Scotty saw it he said that looks just like something Auntie Terri would like!!! He was right!!! There was a very soft side to Scotty, he was a honey!!! I am happy he was part of our family. He will never be forgotten.

I was a classmate of Scott's and have not seen Scott since junior high in Rosemount MN when he moved away. I was saddend to hear of his passing. He always made me laugh with his class clown personality. My thoughts go out to his family and freinds. He will be missed.
