SCOTT,greatest of sympathies to you on your fathers death. My family and I wish for you stength and peace of heart and mind.With the death of my own father recently, I found those things hard to come by.I did however discover the true value of family and friendship,and these things are what will get you through these times of greatest sorrow.I know your father is watching over you,now from a better place,a place free from pain and worry,with pride and love.Remember, it will get easier, and I dont care what anyone says to the contrary, it is ok to still talk to him. You father was incredibly fortunate to have such an unselfish, loving son. To put on hold your life, for the service of a loved one, is noble. You should be proud of this wonderful gift that you gave you father. When the time is right, look ahead and live life to the fullest. You are in my thoughts and prayers brother.

Scott;We have been friends a long time and been through a lot together.You loved your father greatly and you were always there for him just like you are there for anyone that needs you.He was a fine man and know that he sits at the feet of God and is at peace.We're all here for you and your family now;just like you've been for us.Love you my friend.

Scott- I work at the VA and I met you several years ago when you brought Mr Matlock to the clinic.
