I miss this family so much

I am so sorry to read about Scott's passing. I was shocked to read it in the Wake Forest Magazine this week.
I enjoyed his wit and fellowship while surviving law school together. I will always remember his sense of humor, especially when he would threaten to bring a crate of "g"s for us southerners to place at the ends of words usin' "g"s.

Scott's love of family was truly inspiring. I have never seen someone express such pure joy and adoration when speaking of his wife and children. Each and every day at work he told us about Carly and Elijah's immense talents...he was such a proud father. I pray you all continue to feel that great love even in his physical absence.

Kim, Carly & Elijah, I want to thank you guys so much for sharing Scott with my son! We send our prayers and love to you each and everyday. He was an awesome man and LaMondre' was one that had the privilege to know him and spend time with him. Believe it or not Scott presence in my son life brought some healing to him. He really enjoyed a man of God such as Scott and it meant a lot to him to be with you guys. We love you and pray that God continues to be with you and bring blessing upon you and your family in this time of need. Phone call away!

I was saddened to hear of Scott's death. He was a good attorney and a kind person, and I have fond memories of working with him at McGuireWoods. My deepest condolences.

I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of Scott words cant even describe it I was at work when Abby called me crying her eyes out saying there was a accident/death in the family Scott was a great man he will be forever missed but never forgotten I'm glad I had the honor & privilege to meet him I had the upmost respect for him any man that could take care of a family like Scott did the pure definition of love at its best.. I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Scott's death. I didn't work with him closely, but saw him often on our floor at Bank of America. He seemed to be such a kind and gentle person. He would sometimes talk with members of his team who sat near me, and would share parenting stories with the newer parents. We will miss him. The photos shared here of Scott and his family are both wonderful and heartbreaking. I am so sorry for your great loss.

I am so sorry to hear about Scott's passing. We were in ND ROTC together and also served at Ft Hood together. We've stayed in touch through the years since then. My condolences to Kim and the Murray family.
