Our condolences go out to the Ryrie family with the passing of Scott.

We are deeply saddened to learn of the loss of your beloved Scott. If we come into this life to learn about love, then Scott not only learned well but taught us well through the example of his life. Rising above his challenges with courage, he demonstrated what is possible. Choosing well in marriage, he created a beautiful family. Raising three wonderful children, his finest gift to the future. My heart goes out to all of you, Scott was a wonderful person, he loved all of you so much, he was always smiling when he spoke of each one of you, so proud of his family. Scott also loved being around his friends at the gym, he would do anything & everything he could to help someone in need, whether through words, or just by listening- I'm going to miss trying to get my word or point across lol ! To The Ryrie Family
Please accept our deepest condolences. We have known Scott since he was a young boy on Ferndale. Ron & his friends from Ferndale remained such good friends for close to 50 years. They had a special bond that can never be broken. He will be greatly missed by all of them. The Ryrie boys were all so cute & friendly and their parents so kind & supportive. Please know that our family shares your loss at this time having recently lost our baby sister Starr. We have to go on in their memory & know that now they are never far from us. All of you are in our thoughts & prayers.

Scott and I knew each other from the gym, having been introduced by a mutual friend, and he helped me out a few times, offering advice. I discovered Scotty to be a man of strong principles and loyalties - the kind of person you wish there were more of in this world. He spoke to me of his family and how proud he was of them and of his struggles and his determination to overcome them. With my own situation, he was encouraging and supportive always. I did not know Scott for very long, but he certainly had an impact and I will miss him deeply. My heartfelt sympathies go to his family, especially Sue, Sarah, Ian and Krystal.
