Scott J. Simon was my cousin and sadly we only ever met in person twice. Beyond being an incredible musician he was a good person, a nice man, and person I am deeply saddened to hear has passed away. My heart is broken to know he is not there to help me answer some old family questions. May he rest in peace, and live on forever in millions of memories he gave to the world. Deeply, Susan R. Pinsky

An extremely talented pianist. I always enjoyed Mr. Simon´s music and Sha Na Na, always such great music. Sincere condolences to the Simon family, so very sorry for your loss. May God be with you all.

I watched Sha Na Na's variety show faithfully every week. Being raised during the doo wop era I felt a kinship with the group. Prayers for Scott's loved ones.
