Sean Gerard Harrington

Sean was born in Oakland, raised in San Leandro, and resided in Castro Valley. A graduate of Marina High School Sean worked for many years at Kellogg's Cereal Company, and most recently at Coca-Cola Bottling Company. He was an avid sports fan, following the 49ers, Sharks, and especially his much loved A's. Sean was preceded in death by his beloved daughter Christine Marie, and his adoring mother Anna Teresa. Sean is survived by his loving wife of 24 years Maria, beautiful daughter Shannon, his father John, sisters Catherine and Theresa, brother Kevin, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters in law, cousins, extended family, and lifelong friends. Sean loved his Irish heritage and loved life; especially when everyone was around sharing the stories and fun. Visitation will be from 4-7 pm with a Vigil Service beginning at 7 pm Wed, June 23rdat the Santos-Robinson Mortuary, 160 Estudillo Ave., San Leandro; the Funeral Liturgy will begin at 10:30 am Thurs, June 24th at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church 3433 Somerset Ave., Castro Valley, followed by burial at Holy Sepulchre in Hayward.
