Sean Meyer Hartson

 

Sean Meyer Hartson of Ponchatoula, Louisiana passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at the very young age of 30.
Sean had a love for woodworking, was a very talented cabinet maker, and a well-respected co-worker to all whom he worked with. He worked at the family-owned business, Orleans Custom Millwork, for thirteen years. He loved spending time with his dogs and showed them great love and care.   Sean was a great uncle to his nephews and loved them very much. Sean leaves behind his loving and devoted parents, Eddie and Kathy Hartson, and his loving siblings, Danielle Hartson Crawford (Joel) and Eddie Hartson Jr. (Whitney). He also survived by his loving fiancé, Claire Charlton, and her children, Phoenix Charlton and Jameson Dean.
  Sean leaves behind loving memories with his nephews, Cooper Hartson, Beau Hartson, James Crawford; Aunt Peggy Rice (Daniel), cousin Wesley Rice, Aunt Anne Hartson, Aunt Lisa Arcoleo (Cindy), Uncle Frank Arcoleo, Jr., and cousins Melissa Bell (Fitz), Ethan Bell, Paul Arcoleo and Emily Arcoleo; his Godparents “Nanan” Charlette and Marvin Theriot, Jr. Also, very near and dear to his heart are his extended family, Nanny Connie Dufour, Christopher Dufour (Catherine), Tom and Lisa Ellis, Melissa Wall (Ben), Thomas Ellis Jr., Kenny and Susette Dufour; his confidante Andrea “Aunt Dione” Evans and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
  Sean is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Dave M. Hartson, Jr. and Goldie M. Hartson; his maternal grandparents, Frank Arcoleo, Sr. and Dolores Roig Arcoleo. Sean is also preceded in death by his Uncles Dave M. Hartson, III and Gary “Bubby” Hartson.
Msgr. Bilinsky to officiate Mass at the Saint Joseph Abbey Church. Pallbearers will be Eddie Hartson, Jr., Joel Crawford, Christopher Dufour, Thomas Ellis, Wesley Rice, Tyler Tourelle, Aaron Allain and Gary Jenkins.   Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home 75212 Hwy 437 Covington, Louisiana 70435. A funeral procession to follow from Bagnell & Son Funeral Home to Saint Joseph Abbey 75376 River Rd, St Benedict, LA 70457 for Mass at 2:00 p.m. Burial to follow in the Saint
Joseph Abbey Cemetery.
