Billy / Ryan and Samantha... I am so sorry for the loss of your Mom. I've known you all since you were just little kids running around the neighborhood... the best neighborhood EVER. All three of you hold a very special place in my heart. No matter the circumstance, losing your Mom is huge. My sympathies all. Love you!
