Sergio Angulo Obituary
Sergio was a proud Korean War Veteran, Honorably Discharged as Sargent First Class, Company A, 15th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division. He married Gerarda "Lala" Gomez on June 30, 1956. He worked at North American Rockwell for 30+ years in the Tooling Division. He enjoyed hunting, barbecuing, playing his guitar and watching FOX News.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Alfonso Angulo and Rosalia Figueroa; his Siblings, Alfonso Angulo, Norma Cigala and Argentina Moreno; and his son, Sergio Angulo, Jr.
He is survived by his children, Rose (Jack) Pelton of Wichita, KS. Marco (Denise Davert) Angulo of Federal Way, WA, and Don Angulo of Yorba Linda, CA.; Grandchildren, Christine Mattera, Danielle Angulo, Olivia Archer and Sergio Angulo III; Great-Grandchildren Aryanna Temblador, Kaylee Angulo and Aden Leya; several nieces and nephews.
A special thank you to the doctors and nurses at Beaver Valley Hospital for their professional and loving care of Sergio in his last days. The family is forever grateful.
A Viewing will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2025 from 4:30pm-8:30pm at the Green Hills Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. The Service will be held on Friday, January 10, 2025 at 11:30am at Green Hills Chapel, followed by Military Honors and Burial.
