Dear Mr. D you were a great teacher at First Baptist. You were one of the best teachers I have ever known. I was very sad to hear about what happened. I will always remember you, and when I do I know I will smile. Thank You for being such a wonderful person.
To Mr. Daughtry's family God Bless You in this hard time.

Shannon,
What can we say. I was in shock when I got the call. If you only knew all the love that was out here for you. Everyone looked up to you. All the help you gave us during the hurricane was amazing. Our son looked up to you so much. You were one of the men in his life that he respected and looked up to. You helped him so much as his teacher, coach and friend. He came home one day telling us a story as to what happen in your classroom and to this day we still laugh so hard about it but now when we tell it we will cry. Thank you so much for being a friend to our family. And may you rest in peace and have nothing but sweet dreams. God Bless you and your family.
