I was blessed to be with Shannon a few years ago when visiting. I will always have the fondest memories of her at Orofinos Restaurant and during so much time with her and her amazing loving family. She will be a special memory always.

I remember the first night Shannon worked bussing at Orofinos. She was so excited and happy. She put her everything into her first job. She was amazing! We were so lucky to have that wonderful experience with Shannon.

Words cannot express the sorrow I feel for the loss of my beautiful cousin. Taken far too young, she was an amazing mother, sister, daughter, cousin and friend. This photo popped up in my feed and it reminded me of what a great sense of family she had... May god provide strength to her two beautiful children, and my deepest condolences to my Aunt Anne, and cousins Kirsten & Kimmie... Shannon will live on in our love for her...

She was everything that a mother should be. She lived for her children and poured all that she had to give into them. The world is a better place because of the two beautiful adult children she raised. Well done Shannon.
