I have nothing but good times & good memories when i think of my friend Shannon Hunnicutt during our CGTC college days. REST ON MY FRIEND !!

Shannon was such a good-hearted, funny, very smart lady whom I first met while we attended the same college @ CGTC . I can't say enough of how much of a friend she was to me going out of her way to help me succeed in some of my classes. continue to R.I.P. MY FRIEND; GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN !

Shannon, You were always the brightest star in any situation. Your smile was infectious, your laugh intoxicating and your spirit untamed and fabulous! You are missed every day!

Shannon, I miss you, and I will see you on the other side ! I LOVE YOU !

Dear Shannon. I've known you all my life and I often think about all the memories growing up together. Now you are with Yalinda, Walter Earl and your dad!! We will miss you dearly. Eloise, you have always been my second mother and I love you dearly!! Malcom, be strong for your mom. I love you both. Prayers for you everyday. Shannon, until we meet again!!

Shannon and I worked at GE Capital and she was a wonderful person that always shared a warm friendly smile when she saw you. I haven't seen her in years, but I'm sorry read of her passing. My condolences goes out to her family and may GOD comfort and bless you all through this sadden lost of a loved family member. She will be truly miss by many.

Shannon and I worked together at TKG back in 1983. To the family of Shannon, she was a sweet person, she always have a smile on her face,and hard working person. My prayer are to you all and continue to love each other. That is what Shannon would want.

I am so sorry to learn of Shannon's departure from this life. She had such passion for her family and losses of her sister and dad pained her every day. The love she held for her mother was true and deep. I so enjoyed teasing her. I could laugh and laugh with her about all of us kids! She will be missed but I do believe we will see her again.

Aunt Eloise, Malcolm and family. We have just learned of Shannon's passing. Our hearts are broken. We loved her and love you all very much.

My heart is so heavy right now, But I'm so glad Shannon was someone I knew. I met Shannon when we were in Cosmetology School at Mitchell & Windham. We mange to stay in touch over the years and you could not ask for a better person. I will miss our times together, she loved music, playing the guitar and singing. She will be missed and always loved.

We went to school at Southwest. I was in the Marching band and the stage band. I thought it was cool that she could play guitar. Not too many girls played and I was impressed by her passion and outstanding personality ! RIP my friend ........

So sorry to hear of Shannon's passing. Have only known her a few years but she was truly a good friend to me and i will miss her smiling face and cheerful attitude! I was blessed to have met her.

Shannon was one of the realist people I've ever met. She told it like it is and I've always admired and respect her for that. I still have a drawing she did for me in 9th grade! Shannon you will be missed! Rest easy and tell our friends hello up there.

Shannon and I have known each other through school . I was shocked when I heard about this. Shannon was a special woman . I was in the hospital for about 5 weeks from a neck injury and I remember her coming and staying more than any other friend. She will always hold a special place in my heart . R.I.P Shannon .

Words can't express my heart ache over losing my best friend. I often called Shannon my muse because she showed me and inspired me to play the guitar.Just about every time we were together we would play and sing all our troubles away.I know she is in a better place with our Lord & Savior and I will miss her until we meet again.

I went jr.& high school with shannon she was beautiful &sweet younh lady.I just saw her last month @ Tuesday Morning told me to give her big hug & she kiss me on the cheek it made my day I will never forget that day.

Shannon I love you. I'm so glad we got to reconnect via Facebook for the last few years. You were always so positive and so uplifting to me. I am praying for your family. God gained another angel. I will miss your sweet smile and laugher. Love you always, Angela Adams Land.

I am stunned an saddened by the news of the loss of Shannon. She was literally a personality that, when upon entering a room, everyone knew she was there! What a delightful and spirited bundle of joy was Shannon! Her presence on Earth will surely be missed! To Shannon: I will always love you sweet girl. I'll never forget our long phone calls between Macon/Wisconsin when you'd somehow know I was down and needed a lift!

Grew up with Shannon from grammar school through high school. she was a beautiful, fun friend and will be greatly missed!

Wow it's hard to believe we were just talking about the beautiful wild horses on Cumberland Island and laughing about so many things at the shop a few weeks back. Always enjoyed your company and conversations we engaged in and what a beautiful smile you always had time to share. I will miss you. I plan to visit the Cumberland Islands and do a photo shoot of those wild horse in honor of you. Rest In Peace my friend and my condolences to the family.
