Shari Laney Obituary
Born Dec. 14, 1962, she was the daughter of Charles and Helen Winterhalter Lascuola and Ron and Nancy Laney.
She was the loving mother of Kristianna and Adam Fry of Cabot and her "adopted" daughters, Jamie Bash and Tabitha Moore.
She is survived by her fiancé, Jeff Lerch of Spotsylvania, Va.; her sisters, Debi Billings, Wendy Bennett and Robin Taylor, all of Butler; her half-siblings, Julie Sprang of Altoona and Cindy Kline and Rick Laney, both of Cresson; and several nieces and nephews.
Her precious memory will forever be in our hearts.
LANEY - Memorial services for Shari Laney, who died Thursday, Nov. 2, 2017, will be at 10 a.m. Nov. 15 at the Grace@Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church, 123 E. Diamond St., Butler.

I will treasure in my heart all those days we worked together at Passavant Memorial Homes. I still have the recipe you wrote down for me of your peanut butter fudge that you would give to us Christmas time. Thank you for being such a wonderful, kind,loving person to work with. I miss you.

I'll never forget our very first meeting! I fell in love with you immediately. Your warm, intelligent and effervescent personality is like a magnet. I'm so honored and blessed to call you friend! I miss you so much and wish we had more time to spend together here on Earth but I know we will have eternity in Gods Kingdom to enjoy each other's company. Rest In Peace sweet angel. I'll keep an eye on Jeff. I love you, Shari ! Larry, you are a loving, kind man who's had his share of trials and pain in this life but you were always able to tackle those challenges with that wonderful smile!
