Sharon Mary Hallett, also known as Shay, passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 59 in Towson, Maryland. She was born on June 19, 1964, in Baltimore, MD, to William and Juanita Harman.

Sharon was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, and a loving mother. Her proudest accomplishment was raising her son Nathaniel. She dedicated many years to homeschooling him and guiding him to become the caring young man he is today.

Sharon had a fulfilling career that spanned over 25 years. She started as an aerobics instructor and later ventured into various sales positions, where she met her husband Chris.

In her personal life, Sharon cherished her family. She is survived by her father William Harman, her brother William Jr, sister Gwen, and brother Mark. She was preceded in death by her mother Juanita Harman.

Sharon's life will be celebrated in a ceremony that will take place in the spring of 2024. Details of the celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to BARCS animal rescue and care shelter, as Sharon had a deep love for animals.

Sharon Mary Hallett's warm presence, dedication to her family, and passion for animals will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May her soul rest in eternal peace.

Shay and I met when we were 27 years old. She was a real cutie and we just clicked. For the next 30+ years we got share our lives together. Man, what a ride! We loved each other deeply. Not everyone gets to experience that in life. We were blessed. She left far too early, and will will be missed very very much.
