Sharon McKnight Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Dec. 3, 2024.
Sharon McKnight, a devoted mother, cherished friend, and businesswoman, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2024, at the age of 86. Sharon's life was defined by her unwavering love for her family, her deep friendships, and her relentless spirit in the face of adversity. She leaves behind a legacy of strength, resilience, and an enduring commitment to those she loved.

Born in Oklahoma on December 4, 1937, Sharon's family was always the center of her world. A loving mother to Mike, Shannon, and Jeff, Sharon poured her heart into raising her children and creating a strong family foundation.

Sharon's friends were equally important to her. She nurtured lifelong friendships, maintaining connections even as life's circumstances led them in different directions. These friendships were a constant source of joy and support. Sharon's bond with her friends was a testament to her warmth, loyalty, and sense of humor.

In her professional life, Sharon's tenacity and drive led her to establish herself as a respected leader in the gift rep business in the Northwest. She built Sharon McKnight and Associates from the ground up, ultimately transforming the company into a well-respected women-owned business.

Sharon is survived by her three children and spouses, her eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She is also remembered fondly by her lifelong friends, her colleagues, and all those whose lives she touched with her kindness, wisdom, and unwavering commitment.

After a lifetime of fighting and loving, Sharon is at peace. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Sharon's honor at https//act.alz.org.
