Thought from France. His father was a friend of mine and Achim d'Avis and Darthea Speyer. I met Sharon once in Chicago at her father's opening at the Deson-Zaks Gallery. She was a very nice person.

Interesting story. In 1990 (?) I went to her father's show at the Art Institute. I was twenty-one and greatly intrigued by the art of Ed Paschke. Little did I know that in 2001, I'd meet Sharon at Graphic Conservation! I brought many projects into the shop and developed a friendship with her. I struggled with the legacy of my family, and she clearly loved her father, mother and had a legacy to manage. We'd talk about that. I enjoyed dinner with her and Michael and the occasional outing or two. I'm shocked to learn of her passing and grateful that we had met. My condolences to her family and friends.

Very sorry to see this news. Sharon and I became friends in college, and then afterwards in Chicago. We didn't get to connect often, but the memories of Sharon (and her parents) are very strong and sweet. What a unique, kind, low-key yet immensely cool soul she was. My love to her partner, her family, and her kitties.

Oh, sweet Sharon! I remember a very young teenaged Sharon in New York City with her dad, Ed... staying at the famed Gramercy Park Hotel back in 1989? Rest in peace!

Sharon was such a doll! We met in Chicago, after her father passed, and always stayed in touch, even after I moved. We had email celebrations of everything from holidays, to key lime pie, to trusting how I honor her father and his art center in my writing. My thoughts are with her life partner, Michael Bullis--with her brother, Marc Paschke--and with all of the family.
