To the family of Shawn O'Donnell--
When we were colleagues at KO, Shawn sometimes called or emailed me when he wanted my opinion on something he'd written for a graduate class. I loved discussing those papers with him, and I will always remember his warm smile and exuberant personality, his enthusiasm for teaching and coaching, and his special affinity for at-risk kids. His loss will be felt by so many who knew him. My sincere condolences to all of you.

I met Shawn and his parents at Hillman when my husband was undergoing chemo. Through talking we discovered the West Mifflin South connection. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. Although we only met in passing I wanted to extend my deepest sympathy to his family.

What a wonderful man to have in your life! As a husband and father, Shawn loved his family completely. His life was devoted to them and his eyes sparkled just to think of them. As a fellow teacher in the Keystone Oaks School District, he always impressed me as he demonstrated daily his love and respect for the role he had as a teacher. He always displayed respect and courtesy for all the students. His students will long remember his affect on them. What an absolute GENTLEman! I am so blessed to have known him. His KOEA family mourns his loss.

Tina and family, you will remain in my thoughts and prayers. May God continue to give you strength.
