Shawn M. Spence

Shawn was the best. He trained me at Aqua Doc and I owe so much to him. Some of my greatest memories of Aqua Doc were with Shawn. I also remember ligning up on mentor ave. on thanksgiving morning for my first ever 5K all by myself and then looking over and seeing Shawn. We ran that 5K together. Without him being there and running with me I would of had a horrible experience. Thanks to him making it so enjoyable, I continued to run and now run half marathons. I may have went back to a life of drinking and smoking if it wasn't for him happening to be there that day. Thank you Shawn Shawn will always be with me in my heart every time I run. My biggest condolences to his family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Know that he will still always be with you. Shawn was the best.
