Dear Scott,
I hardly ever read obituaries yet by extraordinary chance, while flipping throught the weekend Globe, I saw your mother's obit.
Although I never knew your mother, I give her credit for raising you, one of the finest and most extraordinary human beings I have ever known. A man who is not only a healer in his current day, but has been a marshal of humanity's worth and dignity through law, medicine and music in a morally and ethically challenged society...represented by CAMH.
I lost my mother unexpectedly 4 months ago at age 84, a wound still deep. I'm trying to piece together her history in London during the Blitz as a nurse from snippets of her personal history to me.
All the same, may God Bless your mother's spiritual journey and may she be acknowledged for her Noble Issue and their Progeny upon this Earth.
Long may you Reign.

Uncle Don, Blake, Thane, Scott and families,
My thoughts are with you all during this difficult time. I remember Aunt Sheila as someone with such classy flair with her fashion, cottage and home decorating, entertaining and of course her art. I truly loved her watercolors. They inspired me to develop a collection of my own, beginning with my favorite - a watercolor of brown eyed Susies painted by Aunt Sheila proudly displayed in my family room.

I will always remember the Woodside home around the corner in the valley with warmth and love. I was always welcomed with Mrs Woodside's incredible smile and Thane was always so proud to show off her incredible talent. I missed you guys in the summer though! I hope you are all able to welcome her into your memories soon, knowing she is in the best studio available now..with an incredible view to put on canvas. Love Always Barbie Warren (nee Blair)
