Shelly was a dear person. For many years he was instrumental in producing Yom Hashoah observances. He coordinated details with the utmost attention to ensure that the programs were meaningful and respectful to the Survivors and that they paid homage to the Six Million who perished in the Holocaust. He always greeted me with a friendly comment that warmed my heart. He will be missed. Janet Stein Calm
