I first met Shelia when I was 6 years old. She was a great friend. We lost touch at times, but when we reconnected, the bond was always there.
I will miss her always.

We are so truly sorry to hear of Shelia's passing. She was always a wonderful friend and was so full of life and always saying something funny. In our younger years we loved traveling to Buggs Island (Kerr Lake) on vacations together fishing. We loved playing Rook together with Shelia and Tony. They were two of our best friends. in later years. When she and Gene married she was a beautiful Bride and she and Gene had some wonderful years together. She has gone way to soon from us but God had a plan for her. We're so very thankful to have had her in our lives. To her family, you had a wonderful Daughter, Mother, Wife and Grandmother. Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers. May God be with you all at this time and coming days. Loving. Karen & Roger Allred

Sheila was my sister-in-law. She had been very sick for quite a while and I will miss her very much. She added such a tremendous amount of love to my life and she never complained about her health or how she felt her life could have been better. She was always the person that made everyone else laugh and enjoyed sharing her wonderful uplifting personality with other people, especially her family and those who loved her so much. Now that is someone that everyone should try to be more like I think. May God grant her his all encompassing love.
