Sheri Lynn Gibson

Sheri Lynn Gibson age 59, Transitioned to her final resting place Friday January 12,2024 at Springfield Regional Medical Center. Sheri was born April 19,1964 in Hazard Kentucky to Beatrice and Chester Gibson. She was raised in Springfield Ohio and is survived by her mother Beatrice Gibson, three children: Amy Gibson, Chad Gibson (Jessica) and Christina Ehrhard; nine grandchildren or as she called them "Nanas monster children": Isaiah Gibson Sr (Deona), T'Shaun Bridgeforth, Charles "Bubba" Tanturri, Dawn Eanes (Mike), Terry Tanturri (Robert), Damian Gibson (Brook), Honesti "Onnie" Ehrhard, Michael Davenport Jr and Josiah Gibson, three great-grandchildren; Isaiah Gibson Jr, Robert McBlane Jr and Mason Gibson. Sheri is also survived by her siblings Nancy Komp (Chuck), Sandra Cranmer (CJ), Krista Wilbur, Angela Stilwell, Jack Gibson, Michael Gibson Sr and Billy Fry. Sheri is also survived by numerous nieces/nephews and lifelong friends. Sheri was proceeded in death by her sister Patty Fry, dad Chester Gibson and niece Joy Gibson. The family wants to extend a special thank you for the kind words and prayers as well as Ohios Hospice and the staff at SRMC for the loving care and compassion shown to not only Sheri but the whole family. There will be a celebration of life that will take place at a later date.
