Sherian, was my favorite Aunt. I can't express how much she affected my life...
She had an incredible light about her. She had a great smile and a terrific laugh.
She was one of the strongest women I know.
I miss her very much.

She changed my diapers. She made me an Aunt at age 10. Rogena her daughter.!

My mom, Sherian. Things I remember about her: She was an animal lover. Be it dogs and cats, sheep and goats, ducks and chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, gerbils, and hamsters, she loved them all. She was also someone with a green thumb. She loved her plants, indoors and out. Growing up, our house was like walking into a garden with greenery everywhere. I will always think of my mother when I see lush green plants anywhere.

I will always remember her love of Peanut Buster Parfaits and how we granted her this wish the night before she passed. I love you, Mom.
