Sheryl (Sherry) Carroll, 57 of Houston, Texas passed away peacefully at her home on the morning of April 6th, 2018 in Cypress, Texas.

Sherry was born to Rupert and Dorothy Carroll in Houston, Texas on September 25th, 1960. She graduated from Waltrip High School in the Oak Forest/ Garden Oaks area where she then lived at for many years. Sherry is best remembered by her willingness to do anything for anyone, her always smiling and positive attitude to others, her love and care for animals, her work with her father at Rj's Boot Co., and her devotion to her son Johnny and family members. Sherry spent much time volunteering with Rodeo Houston and being involved in school activities and sports with her son; not to mention the long list of everyone else she took care of including her mother and father. She lived a life devoted to helping others that will be remembered as an example and model for others to aspire to be.

She was preceded in death by her parents Rupert and Dorothy (Gower) Carroll and brother Michael Carroll. Left to cherish her memory, Sherry is survived by her son Johnny Talley, her two sisters Janise Bennett and Julie Houck, aunts Billy Bolin and Freida Townsend, nieces Tabitha King and Brittany Carroll Byrd, nephew Zachary Houck and numerous cousins, family members and friends.

On behalf of Sherry the family would like to thank anyone involved in her life, friends, family, and the many lives that she helped and touched along the way.
