We were neighbors of the Dallams in Pollard Estates, and I used to babysit Jimmy and Laura. Laura was my brother Reed´s best friend when they were toddlers.
I have such fond memories of both Larry and Shirley, both of whom had a great sense of humor!
My entire family joins me in extending condolences to Jimmy, Laura and their extended family.

Larry and Shirley were wonderful people. I enjoyed our times together at Georgia Tech functions.

To Jim & Laura,
Some of my earliest memories were with The Dallams. Our parents were very good friends and Mr. Larry worked with my dad for years at Ethyl Corp.
I believe we spent many summer days (possibly at the old ERA swimming and playing) together. And... yes, I set fire to some Pampas Grass or something in your back yard and the Fire Dept had to come put it out. Very vivid memory for me!
May God bless you all with His grace and peace as you mourn Ms. Shirley. She was a neat lady and I remember her very fondly.

So sorry to read about Mrs Dallam´s passing. My dad and Mr Dallam were fraternity brothers and we spent many hours together with your family. I remember the Peanuts book collection and I thin my brothers set fire to something in your backyard! Keeping you in my prayers
