Shirley Leach Davis COLUMBIA, SC - Shirley Leach Davis, 61, of Columbia, South Carolina entered into eternal rest on the morning of March 1, 2012. Funeral and burial will be private. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Pkwy, Charleston, SC 29414. Shirley was born on August 17, 1950 in Florence, South Carolina, a daughter of the late Duncan Neil Leach and the late Bertie Alexander Leach. She was a retired Administrative Assistant with LLR and was of the Methodist faith. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Jennifer Davis of Johns Island, grandson, William Mark Davis; brother, Billy Leach of Florence, SC, and sister, Cherry Carter of Effingham, SC. Ms. Davis was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Leach. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to Hospice of Charleston Foundation, P. O. Box 147, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464. My only sister, best buddy, best friend to sat around & have good laughs. When listening to Grady Brown Beach Show on Sundays you are thought of alot. I dedicated Broadway Angel for your beach song since you loved the beach so much. It's hard at nights not being able to talk & hear your voice. I love you so much.

To the Leach and Davis family, may you know that others care about the loss of your loved one. Been years since I had seen Shirley, but have fond memories of her. We along with other family members grew up together at Tabernacle Methodist Church. She was a kind person and will be remember. Dewey Isgett
