Shirley M. Dulas, age 84, of Markesan, WI, passed away on December 23, 2016, at the Markesan Resident Home.

Shirley was born on November 2, 1932, the daughter of Ralph and Esther (Garver) Blank, in Wells, MN. In October of 1953, she married Donald Dulas in Wells. Shirley was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Markesan. She was employed in her early years at the former Country Boy Meat Market in Markesan, and then worked at Del Monte Foods in Markesan until retirement. She loved to golf, and she was a member of Tuscumbia Golf Course in Green Lake for many years. Shirley also loved to knit, crochet, and cross stitch gifts for her grandchildren.

Shirley is survived by her children, Michael (Debbie) Dulas, Barbara (Jay) Ruenger, and Thomas (Marie) Dulas; grandchildren: Jennifer (Ryan) Nelson, Christopher (Kelly) Dulas, Erin (Matthew) Boyd, Joshua (Lindsey) Ruenger, Jason Ruenger, Jonathan (Miranda) Dulas, and Marieanna (Tyler) Wild; great-grandchildren, Haylie Dulas, Brayden Dulas, McKenna Nelson, Haidyn Dulas, Cayson Dulas, and Elijah Boyd; brothers-in-law David (Dottie) Dulas, Clayton Kruger, and John Peterman; sisters-in-law, Aurora Blank, Kathy Boik, and Cleone Dulas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald; her parents, Ralph and Esther; and a brother, Clifford Blank.

A visitation for Shirley will be held from 9:00 - 11:00 am, Tuesday, December 27, 2016, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 45 Saint Joseph St, Markesan, WI, 53946.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, December 27, 2016, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with Father Paulraj Sellman officiating. Inurnment in Markesan Memorial Cemetery will take place at a later date. Her family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire staff of the Markesan North Terrace Resident Home for their loving care of Shirley over the years. A memorial in Shirley's name is being established.
