Shirley Jennings

December 17,1930 - November 2,2022 The family of Shirley Jennings announces her passing on November 2, 2022 at the age of 91. We know that she touched so many people in her life and that those still here would want to be informed of her passing. Her final days were spent surrounded by her family who loved her dearly. Shirley was born on December 17, 1930 in Cleveland, Ohio. She lived a life full of travel, adventure and love. She was a strong, compassionate, kindhearted and loving woman who was happiest when she was cooking and caring for her family and friends. She was a second mom to many and a beloved and cherished matriarch to her family. She was preceded in death by her parents(Arthur and Florence), her brothers(Arthur and Ralph), her sisters(Henrietta and Edith) and her husband(Reuel). She is survived by her sister Alice, her four children Richard(wife Melissa), Dale(wife Susan), Craig(wife Margarete) and Lezlie Gallaway. Also by her grandchildren Faine, Allan, Denelle, Casey, Zachary, Conan, Alexa, Hunter, Cooper and her great grandchildren MacKenzie and Jackelyn. A memorial service will be held at Oakdale Mortuary and Memorial Park in Glendora, CA on November 28th. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Wounded Warriors Project.
