Granny,
As a little girl I remember walking with Mom and brothers across the bridge to see the Wizard of Oz in color. That movie to this day has had a special meaning to me because of you. Your warm smile and gentle touch always made me feel loved. All the Thanksgiving (Boxing Day) dinners at your house were the best, eating all the pickles and olives. Your little dog skippy who made you so very happy. I have a chest made of cherry wood that used to sit under your window on 1st St. and I would sit on it as a small child and dangle my legs over the front. That chest now sits at the foot of my bed and is full of my lifes memories so far. Those are just a very small number of memories that take me to you. After moving away I always looked forward to coming to see you when I would visit, I always missed you so. You touched my life in so many ways. I am glad you can now join grandpa in a very peaceful, serene place. I will miss you always.

Love,
Sue

Dear Mom, I have the most wonderful and funny memories of the things we did together, they will never fade. One of the happiest day of my life was when Daddy married you. You became the mother I never had and always wanted. Go in peace with Daddy. I love you.

Words cannot express all the beautiful memories and good times, You've been so much to me gramma, my favorite memory is when you attended my college graduation and I was so happy to make you proud of me. I know that your spirit will be with me and the whole family forever until we meet again. The world has lost a beautiful person but now she is an angel.

I will always remember you and I love you.

"Granny" you'll be sadly missed. My most recent memory was on March 2007 when Jerry and I went to visit you and we went for a very long ride and enjoyed the day together. Also during that day while visiting with you I got to see Uncle Dave and Aunt Pat which I hadn't seen in 20 years.
Your Grandson,
