Funeral service will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday November 19, 2025, at Conkle Funeral Home, Avon, IN. Viewing will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday. The entombment will be at noon Thursday at Sunset Memory Gardens Cemetery 2097 West Alto Road Kokomo, Indiana 46902.
Memorial contributions may be made in the honor of Shirley Ann Maksymicz to the American Heart Association.
