Aunt Shirley, you have reunited with your sister and brothers and are up watching over us. Please tell my Nanny ( Helen) how much we love her! I was just showing my daughter some of your tap dance accomplishments and came across this... wish we could have known sooner but you are loved aunty Shirley! And uncle Gerry! Anytime you came to California to visit nanny always made sure to have the tea ready!

Dear Jennifer, Ken, and Nancy,
I am so sorry for your loss.
My memories of your mother include times in Jeddah and Faro.
When things are low, remember the good times to lift you up.
Take care,
Susan

We are so sorry to hear of Shirley’s passing. She was a great asset to the Happy Tappers, our photographer at every event and performance. Always willing to participate in all we had to do. Her smile and happy disposition was missed when she moved out west. God Bless you all. Gerry will be happy to have her beside him again.

Met Shirley in Saudi Arabia which was the beginning of a friendship spanning some 37 years. Barbara and I played many hands of bridge with Shirley and Gerry.
Shirley always had a positive and fun outlook and some fine products came out of what we called "Mrs Norris' kitchen".

It is with sadness we learn of Shirleys passing. A lovely neighbour here in Ennisclare.

am so grateful that my sons, Scott, had Shirley for a mother-in-law. She was infinitely kind and supportive of him and he always speaks so fondly of her. Shirley had a beautiful life with her beloved husband, Gerry and her devoted children and grandchildren. She even lived long enough to have a grandchild. Shirley will be sorely missed by her family but she has passed on or each and everyone of them her kindness, her optimism and her gift of forgiveness. Abbey carries on her baking prowess!
