Age 62, of Bridgeville, on Thursday, January 31, 2019. Father of Felicia Carson, Monica Carson and Sidney R. Carson, Jr.; grandfather of Che', Christian, Evan and Avery; son of the late Elmer and Frances (Fenner) Carson; brother of Stanley Carson, Vincent Carson, Wayne Carson, Bradley Carson, David Carson, Lisa Carson, Lori Woodson, Lois Carson, Sharon Mosley, and the late Thomas and Jeffrey Carson. Sid loved his family and his grandchildren. Sid attended Fairmont State College, and worked for Columbia Gas Company for 41 years. Sid was an avid pool player and loved all sports. If you knew Sid, you liked him. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 6, 2019, at the Second Baptist Church, 324 Mansfield Blvd., Carnegie, PA 15106 where the Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to the LEO J. HENNEY FUNERAL HOME, Carnegie.

I just learned of Sids passing. My deepest heartfelt condolences to Sids family & all his siblings. My memories of him are all good ones. He was a very down to earth person. i remember him as a handsome, friendly, happy & all around decent human being. Much like all his siblings. Like their great folks. Great family. My heart hurts for your loss & may the lord comfort & help mend your hearts . Rest in love Sid. You brighten up this world & your presence here on earth will be missed but your spirit will remain. Give your folks & family in heaven my Aloha. Dead God, Please give Sids family on earth your warmth & comfort to help them thru this difficult time. Rest Sids soul & comfort him forever more.
