GOLDSTEIN, Sidney Simon In his ninety-sixth year, surrounded by his family on Thursday, June 28, 2018. Beloved husband for sixty-eight years of Ruzena Schreiber. Loving and devoted father and father-in-law of Arthur and the late Marilyn, Sheila and Neil Ostroff, Debbie and Ted Nemtean, Sheryl and Mark Ackerman. Cherished Zaidie of Liz and Alex, Carly and Etay, Aaron, Alex, Ariel, Shane, Justin. Proud great-grandfather of Stella. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Bronie Wilchesky, Dorothy Finkelberg, the late Anne Freedman, the late Max Goldstein, the late Moe Goldstein, the late Lolly Cobrin. Predeceased by his brothers-in-law Martin, Alex, Stephen, Harry. Sidney will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, family, friends and all of those whose lives he touched. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the Lachine General Hospital, the Jewish General Hospital as well as the staff of the Waldorf Residence for their exceptional care and compassion.
