When my father in law Angelo Caronna wanted to get into the seafood business Captain Sid, along with Lawrence and Trung helped him get started. They were so kind to him. In 2016 my wife and I went to Alaska and a couple from Tampa on the train to Denali found out we were from Metairie. Something came up about seafood and they wanted to know if we new Captain Sid. We said we did and they told us how kind he was.xzxx

Hey Captain Sid. You, Catherine, Cindy and Pam were so kind toward me and my family when we first arrived in the U.S. Gave me a job, take care of my family when we have nothing. Those good days will alway be in my heart and thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for everything. Rest in peace my friend.

Sid was truly a Gentle Giant. He mentored my Son Peter. Taught him about Seafood and Life. God gave Sid the Best Qualities a Man should have. Will miss you Sid! Prayers to Pam and the family. With Love The Bordes'.

What a sincerely nice man. I always loved stopping by and shooting the breeze with him, he never had a negative thing to say about anyone. I never saw him just sitting around either, he always kept himself busy. Just a great human being ... I never seen anyone clean fish as fast or as good as him either - and he loved doing it. R.I.P Capt. Sid.
