Margaret Clark

Funeral service for Margaret (Aleene) Clark, 82, will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Gray Brown Service Mortuary with the Rev. Chris Connell officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Clark peacefully passed away Sunday, May 8, 2016, at home with her family by her side. Survivors include her sons, Kenneth Clark, of Lithia Springs, Ga. and David Clark, of Houston Texas; sister, Jean Garner, of Anniston; brother, Robert Allison (Nancy), of McCalla, Ala.; grandchildren, Ashley Mitchell (Louis), of Bacliff, Texas and Patricia Shahnarand (Ty), of Houston, Texas; six great -grandchildren, and a special niece Sue Crossley (Gerald), of Oxford. Mrs. Clark is preceded in death by her husband, Allmon Clark; parents, Herbert Allison and Eloise McAllister. Mrs. Clark had lived in Oxford most of her life and was a member of Fairview Heights Northside Baptist Church of Anniston. She was retired from Wilson's Fabric of Oxford.
